So these are non branding related patches, with functional changes. 
Given that you have been around in the centos community for a while now, 
I am sure you would already know that these would be unsuitable for the 
centos distro process. For the Plus/ repo - perhaps, but you have never 
shown any interest there nor brought up any proposal to manage packages 
there.
