[CentOS-devel] bugs.centos.org mantisBT file upload issue

Hello all;

While working on a bug that require file uploading, I've noticed that we 
can't upload a 1.1 MB png file nor 1.6 MB xcf.bz2 file but we can see 
"(Max. size: 5,000k)" in mantisBT upload form.

Can anyone confirm this issue ?
