Right, I thought that was a good place to start from. The Vendor
specific fragmentation of the openstack space is ... impressive. And
there seems to be no single place for people to grab and build openstack
environments on CentOS - I hope this can be something to work with.

Based on what I've read - Folsom is going to make it through to the RH
sources as well, so we could rebase up. I'm not sure how this is going
to work with EPEL, if you do get around to testing with EPEL enabled, do
tell how things turn out.
