First of all, latest version is 5.9, not 5.8. So there is an possibility 
that some of the latest 5.9 kernels already support it. You should 
update in any case.

There is an option of third-party kernel produced by www.elrepo.org (not 
associated with CentOS!!!). Latest version of kernel is 3.0.85-1
