more specific: the error comes from lines 103-107, which I commented out 
now, build & %install works fine. As I understand this just links some 
header files to tcl-private/generic/ instead of having them use up space 
twice. I will test the package with this limitation for now, maybe some 
shell- expert can tell me where this exit-not-null comes from...
