This is certainly something we want to pull back inside the CentOS
project,. Currently Chris StPierre has been working on this with us. Who
in #docker-dev do we need to work with to take over the official centos
image at a project level?

I would rather have this as a SIG responsibility rather than at an
individual level simply from a coverage standpoint. People get busy,
bored, leave, etc. If the SIG owns it, they can transfer responsibility
as needed. Having said that, if you and Chris want to 'own' this within
the SIG structure, I have no problems with that.
