[CentOS-devel] Delta RPMs disabled by default?

Hi,
I installed CentOS 7 today, congratulations, and thank you for this
fast release.
I found a problem (or a design decision?), deltarpm is not installed
by default (minimal install), when I ran "yum distro-sync" I got:
Delta RPMs disabled because /usr/bin/applydeltarpm not installed.
deltarpm is important to me (and anybody with limited bandwidth), so
is this intended or simply a bug?
