It also requires us to use special metadata switches to create drpms and metadata to use yum-presto. Which we have not yet done or decided to do yet. That adds a bunch of files to the mirrors, and while we were doing a release that takes several days to sync to the external mirrors, we did not want to add the extra packages for this feature.
