[CentOS-devel] secure boot comments

hi Guys,

Working through the mechanics of getting secure boot setup and running -
and was wondering what everyones' thoughts are on that.

Initially this would just be for CentOS-7, and we can later see if we
want to also include CentOS-6 content ( although, we'd need grub2, afaict )
