[CentOS-devel] srpms for RHEL 7

Last I talked to my SE, they had to make private the default since logs,
etc could potentially contain sensitive information. They didn't want to
expose themselves to litigation because someone accidentally uploaded a
script with their root password (or worse) in it. :-)
