The code is essentially unmaintained, but it works, if not always optimally. It's not too complicated, though. Just use the jigdo-file command to make a jigdo template from an iso and set of contained files. Likewise you can use the same command to remake the image from the template+files (or verify it). The man page for jigdo-file is reasonably clear.
