[CentOS-devel] CentOS 7 Installer Artwork

Following up on this a bit.

Fedora's anaconda uses an 'anaconda-gtk.css' to control some basic
look/feel of the installer. While this isn't used in the beta anaconda,
the code is there to reference it. In theory, we can drop one in to use it.

Additionally, they reference a pixmaps/rnotes/<language>/image setup
which creates the images Karsten was referring to in his email. These
are 750x120px in size and can be jpg or png.

The anaconda source from the beta references these locations as well,
but since they don't exist they aren't displayed.

By default they're on a 60s rotation, though it seems easy enough to
modify that if we wanted to.

I'm of the opinion that these images would be a decent place to
advertise SIGs, or to post quick 'FAQ' bits that users are likely to
need/use.

Does anyone want to take a shot at a few 750x120 images for this, or
recommend other content ideas for the images?
