[CentOS-devel] Updated Cloud Images to test

Hi,

Works fine on an internal RedHat OpenStack5 (IceHouse) / RedHat EL7 with
KVM/QEMU for hypervisor
Provider network
NFS backend for Glance

I was able to
- create the image with Glance
- Launch a new instance with ssh keys provisionned
- ssh into the instance

I did not notice any visible issue and /var/log/messages looks clean.

Spawing the instance is rather fast.
