[CentOS-devel] C6 to 7 upgrade tool testing & documentation

Hey All,
  I just tested upgrading Centos 6 ==> 7 with the help of the upgrade tools
today.
Everything worked out just fine. Thanks to Johnny Hughes for editing the
wiki, no more errors.
