[CentOS-devel] confd spec file

Hey CentOS fellows,

i have created confd spec for centos 7, that is more or less based on the
etcd spec file found on cbs (
http://cbs.centos.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=102), that i would like to
contribute.

I guess it would fit nicely to the SIGs that etcd is part off.

What are the steps to take to get the spec reviewed and added to these SIGs?
