I am still working on getting a room for an RDO meetup at OpenStack
Summit, but I wanted to go ahead and get this out there to start
collecting agenda of what people want to discuss and/or work on at that
meetup.

I've put up an etherpad at
https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/RDO_Vancouver where we can start
collect those ideas, and where I will post times/locations once I get them.
