[CentOS-devel] CentOS 7 ppc64le (power little endian) rpms, build logs, mock configs

Thank you so much James and everyone.

I was sure that CentOS for ppc64le ISO image file has been uploaded at the
following sites.
  http://mirror.centos.org/altarch/7/isos/ppc64le/
I try to introduce it onto my OpenPower servers.
