I subscribe to both, so no. IMO it defeats the purpose of having two (or
more) lists if you wind up sending everything to -devel because "it
might be missed" by folks only signed up for -devel.

On behalf of my poor, overloaded mail spool, I'm -1 on sending CfPs both
places.
