[CentOS-devel] Moving the Atomic SIG weekly meeting to 15:30 Thursdays

Hi all,

Tuesdays have become an increasingly bad day for meetings for many of
the folks working with the CentOS Atomic SIG.

Starting this week, I'm moving the IRC meeting to Thursday at 15:30 UTC.
It will still be held in #centos-devel.
