The CentOS AMI's are published in the Amazon marketplace - you'll need
to speak with them about their publish process and restrictions etc
around it.

I've been meaning to look at having AMIs outside of marketplace as well,
but there hasent been a huge demand for it - other than in regions not
covered by the marketplace itself.
