[CentOS-devel] devtoolset-3 rebuild in SCLo

Ok we can do that. I'll try to get the tag created later today and 
update the ticket.
If you can provide few src.rpm without listed dependencies above so I 
can test (devtoolset-3 I guess and one more.)
