Not at all. I kicked the door in and started yelling. Hopefully more will
raise their hand to form the SIG so it will have good backing and talent
behind it. Otherwise we can just loosely help EPEL invidually.

This is why the SIG could start with 4.12 where there isn't any
"disappearing" for people who don't enable the SIG stuff, meaning they can
use 4.10 from EPEL if they so please. I wouldn't support the SIG as an
upgrade path from EPEL to avoid that issue.
