BTW, I meant to add that video is very useful, similar to meeting
together in person -- you can get understanding amongst a small group,
share information in a high bandwidth way, etc. It comes with a higher
requirement to do the work of getting information back to people. KB
just showed us that with his mindmap that came out of the video today.
It's all about the balance.
