[CentOS-devel] [PAAS SIG] origin 1.2.1 is available in testing

I have tagged origin-1.2.1-1.el7 as released.
It still needs to be signed them pushed to the released repo.  That
usually takes a day or so.
I'll let ya'll know when it's there.
