[CentOS-devel] OT projects email to the dev list

Hi all,

We seem to be now getting many mails to the list about builds (with
failures) and projects that do not directly relate to centos
development. Are these proper for dev list at all? Should we not have
these mails on a centos-customs/centos-customs-devel list?
