[CentOS-devel] test builds on private server (drivers, mesa, fixes)

Kernel:
I choose a vanilla build, straight from elrepo. I did it, because
never in that footsteps to know if it works or is there something todo.
Secondary this board with U5200 i5 & intel hd 5000 only works with it. (from 4.1 as i right remember)

Multimedia:
Ported from fedora package rpm and only what is needed and as you can
see there isn't much as it looks to me at first point.

Mesa3D:
Try out, as always. Did it in the past for other machines OpenSUSE.
and I needed the new intel driver. It works pretty well with my machine.
I exclude the galium nine 3d for wine. Got it be hand when needed, but
not to break the old package (name convension).

AMGPU (New ones):
in xorg and libdrm 2.67, can not test this driver because the laptop not
switch between on board  card - black screen.
