We are also looking to start a Multimedia, though last week I was
working on 2 other items and did not get to give the multimedia SIG as
much time as I wanted.

But I will try to get the multimedia SIG organized this week.

I have built and am going to maintain a kernel for the altarch SIG based
on the 4.4.x Fedora kernel. Here is my SRPM:

http://buildlogs.centos.org/c7-plus/kernel/20160415133359/4.4.7-301.el7.x86_64/

It is currently 4.47, but I can bump it to 4.4.8

How does that match up with what you built?

We do plan to stay on the 4.4.x LTS kernel.org branch with that kernel
for a while (at this point)
