[CentOS-devel] [Meeting] RDO meeting- (2016-11-16) Minutes

Since I am not in the RDO meetings, I hope someone there is taking up
the task of bringing open issues, conversations etc back to the CentOS
Project - otherwise they are just sitting around orphaned.
