[CentOS-devel] Config Management SIG Artwork

Hi all,

I have started https://centos-sig-configmanagement.github.io/

I would be happy to get feedback from the Artwork team about the sphinx
theme.

I am using the CentOS logo, as the sig is an official CentOS project. If
you think we should use a deviation (like
http://cbs.centos.org/koji-static/themes/centos/images/koji.png), I
would be happy to use a "CentOS Config Management Sig" logo.

The theme is there:
https://github.com/centos-sig-configmanagement/documentation/tree/master/centos

If we have more sphinx usecases, we can extract the theme and give it
its own git repository.
