[CentOS-devel] Out of date qemu-kvm-ev packages (bug preventing it from being updated?)

Totally unnecessary if the el7.16..... rpms are just simply removed from 
the repo.  Use 'yum downgrade qemu-*-ev' to upgrade to the el7_2.21.1 
set.  It actually does work.
