centos-release-ovirt36.noarch
1.0-3.el7.centos extras
The 4.0 repo is up:
http://mirror.centos.org/centos/7/virt/x86_64/ovirt-4.0/
Not sure why centos-release-ovirt40.noarch is missing.
Can you please add it?
