I'm 100% aware on how packages are built for an official release. Could someone outline how a package (for example http://buildlogs.centos.org/centos/6/sclo/x86_64/rh/devtoolset-4/devtoolset-4-4.1-3.el6.x86_64.rpm) would get built, tested and released onto the official mirrors? Thanks.
