[CentOS-devel] OpenStack Cinder 9.1.4

Hi,

Packages for cinder 9.1.4 are built in newton testing repo,
https://buildlogs.centos.org/centos/7/cloud/x86_64/openstack-newton/ ,
you can use them from there if you need it.

We well promote them into stable repos once we perform full testing on it.
