[CentOS-devel] Missing CentOS 7.3.1611 SRPMS on vault.centos.org

Hi, folks.

Recently, I've noticed that there is no CentOS 7.3.1611 SRPMS on
vault.centos.org.

http://vault.centos.org/7.3.1611/ (Empty!)

In the contrast, mirror site [1] still keeps them.
For example, there are SRPMS on kernel.org which is one of mirrors
( Mirror list information: http://vault.centos.org/readme.txt  )

What happened on vault.centos.org?
