sometihng like this : you join a sig ( or create one ), you request
tag's to be created in cbs.centos.org - you can then build to those
tags, once you have content you can request buildlogs repos for
testing, once happy with that, we would work with you to setup a tag
cadence that allows you to push to mirror.centos.org content you are
happy to 'release'.
