[CentOS-devel] Bazel test cases timing out on CentOS 7.

Tru, Anssi, thanks for confirming the issue. I will check for that cached
bazel files.

BTW, yum update on my original centos installation did just nothing, hence
I was forced to use the alternate kernel.
