This build is using the wrong target :

build (paas7-openshift-origin36-el7, origin-3.7.0-0.rc.0.0.e92d5c5.src.rpm)

paas7-openshift-origin37-el7 should be used.

However I would wait for Troy to finish the build script reshuffling
before sending it again.
