CentOS 7 ships the module as a standard part of the httpd 2.4.6 package.

CentOS 6 has httpd 2.4 available as  an SCL (httpd24-httpd) in the
centos-release-scl repo. The IUS repo also ships httpd24u 2.4.35 foir
el6 if you prefer to not use SCLs (many do not like them).

httpd24-httpd.x86_64 2.4.34-7.el6 centos-sclo-rh
httpd24u.x86_64 2.4.35-1.ius.centos6 ius
