There already is a CentOS-alike port for z called ClefOS, for which IBM contracted Sine Nomine Associates. I think that IBM would want to contribute / convert that port to CentOS and/or use that port to bootstrap an official CentOS port. How can IBM work with the CentOS community to transition ClefOS to CentOS? I separately have reached out to Karanbir privately.
