I am at a loss as to where to post this question/email. There is a (growing?) inconsistency between application using open file/folder dialog to access "networked" locations, e.g. smb/sftp. Firefox ESR 60/Atom editor being the latest in my experience. Is this a redhat/centos issue? a gnome issue? or up to each individual application? Screenshot examples: https://github.com/atom/atom/issues/8729#issuecomment-405377120 Other applications (such as Libreoffice/Evolution) provide any/all available network locations when opening/attaching files.
