[CentOS-devel] [CentOS PaaS SIG]: Origin v3.11 rpms available officially released

We're aware of some issues in 2.7.0, some tasks were skipped preventing
proper etcd certificate generation, that appears to be fixed in 2.7.1.
Our OpenShift QE teams do not currently test with 2.7 so the community may
be the first to encounter problems but we'll try to fix them if you open a
github issue.
