There's quite a bit going on in that ticket, but the short answer is probably "no". LXC isn't really supported, as the container focus is elsewhere. Similarly ecryptfs was deprecated and shipped disabled in the el7 kernel. The plus kernel is 'best-effort' but typically locked to what was shipped unless someone else provides a patch to fix/update something. It's entirely possible that one of the more recent kernel patches breaks ecryptfs functionality while still successfully compiling. Lastly, the ecryptfs-utils package isn't shipped or supported by CentOS. Those come from EPEL.
