[CentOS-devel] Missing package updates in CloudSIG repos

Hi,

We have tagged some packages some days ago in CloudSIG -release tags which
are not still in mirror.centos.org:

Mon Apr  8 05:08:08 2019: openstack-cinder-12.0.6-1.el7 tagged into
cloud7-openstack-queens-release by rdobuilder [still active]
Mon Apr  8 05:08:13 2019: openstack-manila-6.2.0-1.el7 tagged into
cloud7-openstack-queens-release by rdobuilder [still active]

So, all updates after April, 1st are not updated. Is there any
synchronization issue or freeze that i'm missing?

Note that we are close to new RDO Stein release (
https://bugs.centos.org/view.php?id=15991), and we'd like to get ready to
publish it in the repos as soon as builds are ready and passing CI.
