As someone reported on irc (in #centos-devel) , there is no
centos-release-openstack-stein pkg that was built/pushed to help people
automatically be able to use those Stein released pkgs

Something to fix at the Cloud SIG level and I guess that then Johnny can
sign/push it to Extras.
From that point, people can "yum install centos-release-openstack-stein
-y " and start using ? :)
