Hi Joe,

The ruby:2.6 stream is new in RHEL 8.1. We're in the middle of doing the CentOS Stream 8 and CentOS Linux 8.1.1911 releases that will contain this module stream.

Our intention is to try to get that module published in the pre-release CR repository (https://wiki.centos.org/AdditionalResources/Repositories/CR) when everything is ready. Modules are a new thing for us, and we're working through if a modularized CR is going to cause trouble or not.
