[CentOS-devel] Vagrant centos/7 v1811.01 breaks nfs at boot

NFS at boot time is very timing sensitive, and error prone. The
network has to be fully enabled, especially DHCP based network
configurations and RPC enabled, for NFS to work correctly. So stop
relying it in /etc/fstab, seriously. Enable autofs and use that to
enable the NFS mount as needed and only as needed.
