Please note that this mailing list CentOS-devel is about CentOS development.

If you want your program inclusion into CentOS, you can first build RPM package of your program and upload it to Fedora.
Then when the upstream (RedHat) see that the package have benefits to customers and seems appropriate for inclusion,
the package will be available in next major RHEL (as well as CentOS). If you want your package to be availabe on
existing version of CentOS, you can instead submit the package into EPEL, see https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Getting_a_Fedora_package_in_EPEL,
providing that your package is available on Fedora.
