[CentOS-devel] CRI-O rpm not published to public repo hence not signed

If there is someone else who took over please let me know and i'll happily
get in contact with him/her.

P.S - already went ahead and fixed [1] as a quick stop gap the way
kubespray used CBS as public yum repo but now i need to get/ sort out the
rpm version
