[CentOS-devel] Download packages from https://koji.mbox.centos.org/pkgs/packages/

Hi!
I’d love to download packages from https://koji.mbox.centos.org/pkgs/packages/ <https://koji.mbox.centos.org/pkgs/packages/>
Unfortunately this is "forbidden by administrative rules."
To get access to the packages would be very helpful especially as several -devel packages are not (yet) available for CentOS8 ;-)

It would be great if I somebody can help me :-)
