Red Hat is a business. There are a lot of meetings at Red Hat to which
you are not invited, and for which you will not receive minutes. The
purpose of this email was to inform the community about those decisions
that effect the community. That is what "transparent as possible" means
- not that Red Hat intends to conduct all of their meetings in public.
